From coast-to-coast, the Raptors were cheered on by die-hard fans and fresh bandwagoners as they played in the NBA finals against the Golden State Warriors in an event that presented Canada with is first NBA Championship.
Up until #Game6 MAC saw the Raptors NBA Finals rightfully pick up tremendous traction nationwide uniting families and people from various backgrounds. What started off as a sports event quickly galvanized and brought communities together. Our institutions were encouraged to hold Raptors Game 6 viewing parties to bring youth, their families and the local community together.
The GameSix win will be remembered for a lot of reasons but it will always be remembered as an event #Biggerthanbasketball
