The MAC Youth Sports program is designed to inculcate a sense of the importance physical fitness in Muslim youth by bringing them together to partake in the remembrance of Allah through physical activities.  The goal is to introduce Muslim youth to good habits with regards to their physical fitness and health, encouraging them to carry these habits into their later years.
MAC Youth Sports provides Muslim youth with an opportunity to participate in physical activities in an Islamic environment. It highlights the importance of maintaining health and taking care of the body. This Muslim youth sports program is attractive to a wide range of people, helping MAC provide services to a more diverse audience. It also fills a void by providing more opportunities for sisters to participate in sports.
MAC Youth Sports, originally known as MAC Youth Fit, briefly kicked off with a few events in 2009.
The program was reintroduced in September 2011, with a weekly Boxing & Yoga activity for sisters
